imes-icore CORiTEC One Dental Milling Machine
imes-icore CORiTEC One Dental Milling Machine is a compact 4-axis CAD/CAM system designed for dental practice laboratories and specialized milling applications.
The machine supports processing of common CAD/CAM blocks up to 65 × 40 × 20 mm (maxi blocks) and is also compatible with pre-milled abutments. Its robust mono-block cast aluminum construction provides high stability and precision while maintaining a compact footprint.
Operation is managed through an integrated 10” touchscreen display with a built-in high-performance control PC, eliminating the need for an external computer. The 3-fold block holder and automated 6-position tool changer with sister tool function support efficient and reliable machining workflows.
The CORiTEC One is suitable for practice labs used together with intraoral or desktop scanners, and also serves as a complementary milling solution for laboratories and milling centers working with glass ceramics and pre-milled abutments.
