Asiga Cure
Asiga Cure is an intelligent post-curing unit designed for consistent and measurable curing of resin 3D printed parts.
The system uses internal light sensors to measure the light dose reaching objects inside the curing chamber. This helps provide repeatable curing performance regardless of the number of printed parts being processed.
Intelligent Post-Curing for Resin 3D Printing
The Asiga Cure is designed to deliver consistent and measurable curing results for resin 3D printed parts. Internal light sensors measure the light dose reaching objects inside the chamber, helping provide repeatable curing performance regardless of how many parts are being processed.
Vacuum Curing and Infrared Heating
The built-in vacuum system helps reduce sticky surface residue caused by oxygen inhibition, improving the final surface quality of printed parts. Infrared heating allows curing at elevated temperatures up to 80°C, helping materials reach their intended mechanical and thermal properties.
Flexible Material Compatibility
The Asiga Cure supports pre-programmed curing profiles for validated materials and also allows users to create custom curing settings. Users can control key curing parameters such as dose, time, temperature, vacuum pressure, and external gas input, making it suitable for a wide range of resins and applications.
Nitrogen and External Gas Connectivity
For workflows that require inert gas curing, the Asiga Cure can connect to an external gas source. Vacuum evacuation before gas filling helps reduce gas waste and supports very low residual gas concentration inside the chamber.
Smart Interface and Touchless Operation
The Asiga Cure includes a smart user interface for selecting and saving curing profiles. A touchless lid-opening mechanism allows hands-free access, helping improve convenience and cleanliness during daily use.

Setup and Post-Processing Preparations
Place the Asiga Cure on a stable, clean, and level work surface near the printer and washing station. Printed parts should be fully cleaned and dried before curing, and curing settings should be selected according to the resin manufacturer’s recommended profile.
Recommended supplies include:
- Nitrile gloves
- Paper towels
- Compatible washing equipment or approved cleaning solvent
- Clean drying area before curing
- Material-specific curing profile or custom curing settings
- Optional nitrogen or external gas setup for workflows that require inert gas curing
