NK-Optik Otoflash G171: Flash-curing Device for Light-Curing
NK-Optik Otoflash G171 is a flash-curing device designed for rapid photopolymerization of light-curable materials across a wide range of applications.
The system is equipped with two flash lamps mounted at the bottom of the polymerization chamber, operating at a frequency of 10 flashes per second. This configuration enables fast and efficient curing of materials used in otoplastics, hearing aids, dental appliances, jewelry production, and modern manufacturing processes such as 3D printing and rapid prototyping.
The device supports photopolymerization of all light-curable materials within a wavelength range of 280–580 nm. It is suitable for processing materials with varying consistencies and pigmentation, as well as for repair and coating applications using compatible materials.
Thanks to its high-intensity light output, the Otoflash G171 ensures short curing times and significantly improved material properties. The curing process reduces residual monomer content and minimizes the inhibition layer compared to conventional methods.
The device is available with an optional nitrogen (N₂) protective gas system, which prevents oxygen inhibition and enables complete, non-stick surface curing without the need for additional post-processing.
The Otoflash G171 is designed for user-friendly operation and easy maintenance, featuring an integrated elapsed time meter and adjustable voltage settings for different regions.
