Paired with our xRESIN, model production becomes incredibly efficient and straightforward.

xPrint Features:

• An 8K 10-inch monochrome LCD screen with a UHD resolution of 7680 x 4320 pixels
• Utilizes a high-performance UV LED light source operating at 405 nm.
• Achieves a precise XY resolution of 28.5 microns
• Incorporates an “EASY LCD Self-Repair” system with only 4 screws and a connector, enabling users to easily repair it within 5 minutes
• Enables the creation of highly detailed 3D dental models with a rapid curing time of just 2 seconds per 0.05mm layer when used in conjunction with our xRESIN
• Enhanced durability with a special 9H scratch-resistant hardened glass over the LCD screen, improving light transmission and protection
• A generous build volume of 219 x 123 x 250 mm is ideal for producing multiple sets of models, ranging from 6-8 whole jaws when laid flat to 16-25 when standing
• Utilizes a Fresnel collimating light source consisting of 48 highly integrated UV LED lights, working in tandem with the FCL system Fresnel lens to produce uniform light with a 405nm wavelength, ensuring excellent printing accuracy and smoother surface finish
• Boasts Z-axis mechanics equipped with double linear rails and non-slip socket head leveling screws for ultra-stable and precise movement, resulting in outstanding printing performance
• The sandblasted surface of the build plate offers stronger adhesion, while the PFA release layer eases model removal and minimizes separation stress
• Optional inclusion of the xFLEX steel panel on the build plate greatly simplifies the detachment of printed objects and reduces material usage by eliminating the need for support structures
