Asiga Ultra UltraGLOSS Build Tray for Asiga Ultra 3D Printer
The Asiga Ultra UltraGLOSS Build Tray is designed for producing clear 3D printed parts with a glossy, pre-polished surface directly from the printer. UltraGLOSS technology maintains a thin layer of liquid resin during the printing process, allowing transparent components to cure with a smooth and polished surface finish.
This technology significantly reduces or eliminates the need for manual polishing. Parts printed using the UltraGLOSS tray often come out of the printer with a ready-to-use glossy surface, requiring only standard washing and curing.
The tray is primarily used with transparent resins and is ideal for applications where optical clarity and aesthetic surface quality are important.
