Dekema AUSTROMAT 674 Dental Sintering Furnace
Dekema AUSTROMAT 674 Dental Sintering Furnace is a high-temperature dental furnace designed for fast and precise sintering of milled dental restorations.
The furnace uses a SiC heating system with three silicon carbide heating elements to provide homogeneous temperature distribution up to 1530°C. This heating concept supports stable, clean sintering results and helps prevent discoloration of dental restorations.
The AUSTROMAT 674 is designed for sintering copings and restorations up to 100 mm in diameter. Each sintering level can accommodate approximately 40 units, and the optional second level allows increased throughput for larger laboratory workflows.
The chamber is closed by a vibration-free lift system. DEKEMA AutoDry controls heating and cooling gradients through lift movement based on chamber temperature, supporting short sintering cycles with high heating and cooling rates.
Sintering programs can be factory preset, loaded via USB, downloaded from the DEKEMA online program database, or optionally programmed using QR scanning. The furnace is operated through a large 7.5″ touchscreen panel, which displays furnace status and relevant process data.
