Dekema AUSTROMAT 624 Dental Firing Furnace
Dekema AUSTROMAT 624 Dental Firing Furnace is a ceramic firing furnace designed for precise and reliable dental ceramic processing.
The furnace combines accurate temperature control, powerful vacuum performance, and DEKEMA’s proven firing chamber concept to support consistent ceramic firing results across different temperature ranges. It is designed for daily laboratory workflows where stable heat distribution, exact coloration, and high-quality ceramic outcomes are required.
The AUSTROMAT 624 is operated through a high-resolution touchscreen interface and supports flexible program management. Users can start active programs quickly, adjust programs during operation, and manage a large program database inside the furnace.
With DEKEMA AutoDry and AUTORITE, the furnace supports automated drying, heating, and cooling control through lift-position management. The system also provides access to programs from leading dental ceramic manufacturers via DEKEMA online.
