Dekema AUSTROMAT 674 i Dental Sintering Furnace is a high-temperature dental furnace designed for fast and efficient sintering, glazing, and crystallization workflows.
The furnace provides a larger Ø 100 mm chamber and supports common bridge sizes, making it suitable for laboratories that need higher capacity and reliable high-temperature processing. With the patented two-level table system, the AUSTROMAT 674 can sinter up to 80 units.
The system supports ultra-fast sintering cycles under 1 hour and allows immediate start of subsequent cycles without downtime. DEKEMA AutoDry and AUTORITE help control drying, heating, and cooling phases for consistent results, while the high-quality SiC heating system supports clean, stable, and discoloration-free processing.
