Dekema AUSTROMAT 654 Dental Firing and Pressing Furnace
Dekema AUSTROMAT 654 Dental Firing and Pressing Furnace is a combination dental furnace designed for firing and pressing ceramic restorations.
The furnace combines precise temperature control, powerful vacuum performance, and an electromechanical upward-pressing mechanism to support reliable ceramic processing. Its closed insulation system provides even heat distribution across the firing chamber, helping prevent cold spots and supporting consistent results for layered restorations.
The AUSTROMAT 654 supports one- and multi-plunger ring systems and enables efficient pressing of multiple shades in one process. With DEKEMA AutoDry and AUTORITE, the system provides automated drying and cooling control for improved workflow efficiency and esthetic outcomes.
The furnace includes a DEKEMA vacuum pump and provides access to programs from leading dental ceramic manufacturers via DEKEMA online.
