These high-temperature furnaces (dental ovens) are perfectly designed for the sintering of translucent zirconia bridges and crowns. They utilize special heating elements made of molybdenum disilicide, ensuring optimal protection against any chemical reactions between the materials being sintered and the furnace components. The bridges and crowns are loaded into ceramic saggars. What sets these high-temperature furnaces apart is their exceptional price-to-performance ratio. They can be individually programmed to accommodate recommended sintering profiles from virtually all zirconium manufacturers.

• Over-temperature limiter with adjustable cutout temperature for thermal protection class 2 in compliance with EN 60519-2 standards, serving as a temperature limiter to protect the furnace and its contents
• Saggar for loading up to three layers
• Provision for a protective gas connection for non-flammable protective or reaction gases, specifically for the LHT 03/17D model
• Manual or automatic gas supply system
• Process control and documentation facilitated through the VCD software package for monitoring, documenting, and controlling the sintering process.
