Nabertherm LHTCT 01/16 Dental Sintering Furnace is a compact tabletop furnace designed for conventional zirconia sintering in dental CAD/CAM workflows.

The furnace is equipped with SiC heating rods and is suitable for sintering zirconia at a working temperature of 1500°C, with programmable sintering curves up to a maximum temperature of 1550°C. Its fast heat-up times and spacious chamber make it a reliable choice for CAD/CAM processing of zirconia restorations.

The dual-shell housing made of textured stainless steel sheets with additional fan cooling helps maintain low external surface temperatures. The furnace uses insulation materials without classification under EC Regulation No. 1272/2008 (CLP), meaning alumino silicate wool / refractory ceramic fiber (RCF) is not used.

The LHTCT 01/16 can be charged with up to two saggars, with 15 individual crowns per level. The heating rods are designed for easy replacement, and the C550 touch controller supports programmable sintering workflows.
