Dekema Pressing Furnace AUSTROMAT 644
The reliable firing furnaces (dental ovens), expanded to a combi furnace for firing and pressing. Fire your dental restorations as usual. Press with the patented vacuum pressing system. It works independently of an external compressed air supply. It perfectly suits to excellent pressings with any one plunger ring system.

The AUSTROMAT 644 ingeniously harnesses ambient pressure to ensure reliable pressing. This patented high-resolution process even permits controlled pressings at predefined force levels. Within the pressing chamber, it can accommodate standard ring systems from any supplier of press ceramics, with diameters up to 70mm and total heights up to 88mm, all under vacuum conditions.
Built upon the foundation of the AUSTROMAT 624, the AUSTROMAT 644 combines the exceptional features of a top-tier ceramic firing furnace with advanced pressing capabilities. Whether you prefer using the touch screen interface or opt for the optional network access, this furnace comes fully equipped to support the dental technician in their journey towards the digital dental laboratory of the future.
