As already implemented in the CORiTEC 350i PRO model, the CORiTEC 350i PRO+ series also incorporates high-resolution dynamic servo motors and absolute measuring systems. To effectively utilize this advanced technology, the CORiTEC 350i features a robust, water-cooled 2.6 kW milling spindle with three-fold hybrid ball bearings. This spindle is essential for achieving stability and reducing vibrations, with additional support from the sturdy stainless steel blank holders. The water cooling system maintains a consistent spindle temperature, significantly reducing thermal expansion and allowing for even more precise milling results. Furthermore, the CORiTEC 350i Loader, equipped with a fully automated blank magazine, enables versatile machining by handling up to 12 blanks in unmanned operation.
